Opening hours

The Europe Hospitals is open 7 days a week from 7 am to 8 pm.
Outside of these hours, please contact the emergency department.

Information desk

Our team of receptionists is here to answer any questions you may have and to help you with anything you need.
The Information desk is open and contactable by telephone from 7 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 8 pm on weekends. Persons with disabilities (blind, deaf, with reduced mobility) may ask assistance at the information desk.

Catering

RESTAURANT

Our restaurant, Ovalis, located in the entrance hall, offers high-quality breakfasts and lunches, plus daily specials. A dish of the day and room service are also available.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Before visiting the self-service, brasserie or restaurants, always check with the medical team or nursing staff whether there are any total or selective food-related contra-indications. Alcohol misuse is not permitted.

Vending machines

Hot drinks, cold cans and confectionery are available from vending machines.

Location: entrance hall, emergency department foyer and consultation area on level -2

Shop

There is a shop at both Europe Hospitals sites. Located in the foyer, it sells newspapers, magazines, books, flowers, gifts, confectionery, chocolates, cold drinks, toiletries, jewellery and trinkets, etc.

Opening hours:

• St-Elisabeth site: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Closed during lunchtime from 1 pm to 1.30 pm and on weekends. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
• St-Michel site: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4.30 pm. Closed during lunchtime from 1 pm to 1.30 pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Chapel - place for meditation

A service is held at 10.30 am every Sunday and on feast days. You can also visit the chapel between 9 am and 7 pm if you need a few minutes’ peace or prayer.

Location of the chapel: 2d floor – wing F

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs (€1) are available from the hospital reception, by the underground car park, and in the emergency department. These wheelchairs are coin-operated.

Please do not hesitate to ask the reception if you need to order a taxi (€0.50 per communication).
