THE TEAM
The rehabilitation and orthopaedic team is multidisciplinary and specialised in rehabilitation:

The team's work is organised by means of clear and precise communication tools and two weekly meetings (Tuesdays for orthopaedic patients and Thursdays for rehabilitation patients); this multidisciplinary staff meeting is the moment to discuss the progress and goals of each patient, as well as organise their discharge and return home or placement in a care home, or potentially continuing rehabilitation on an outpatient basis.
