The Europe Clinics welcome Dr. Nathalie Greiner, Gastro-enterology
The Europe Clinics welcome Dr. Nathalie Greiner, who recently joined our Gastro-enterology Department at the St-Michel site.
Dr. Greiner began her studies at the University of Namur before continuing at UCL, where she obtained her medical degree with highest distinction in 2018. She then specialized in internal medicine, followed by gastroenterology, completing her specialty training in February 2025.
Particularly interested in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), Dr. Greiner has expanded her expertise in this field through several advanced training programs. Notably, she completed a three-month internship at the renowned IBD Clinic of Imelda Hospital in Flanders under Professor Peter Bossuyt, and pursued an inter-university specialized program at the University of Lille. She will also maintain a clinical collaboration with Professor Olivier Dewit (UCL) to continue developing her skills in this complex and ever-evolving field.
At the Europe Clinics, Dr. Greiner will provide genral consultations in gastro-enterology as well as in the field of IBD, and will perform upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies at the St-Michel site. She also aims to train in intestinal ultrasound, a promising tool for the non-invasive monitoring of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
