The portal gives you access to a range of additional services, such as videoconferencing consultations and chronic disease monitoring (heart failure, diabetes, etc.).

Forms are also available for booking appointments for certain consultations and hospitalisations, so that you can prepare for them at home with peace of mind.

Need to consult another medical file?
Under certain conditions, you can consult the medical file of your child or principal. To do so, you must first submit a request using a form available on the platform (‘Help’ section: questionnaire on the mandate system). ’
