VISITS ALLOWED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS FROM 3PM TO 7PM

Visits to our hospitalised patients are once again authorised at the Europe Hospitals under certain conditions:


- Visits only authorized according to the following schedule: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on our two hospital sites;

- Only one person per day and per patient. The visitor may vary from day to day.
- The duration of the visit is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Only asymptomatic visitors are allowed.
- Each visitor will be required to disinfect his or her hands on entering the hospital and will be given a mask to keep on until leaving the hospital.
- Each visitor will be required to disinfect their hands on entering the patient's room and on leaving the room.
- The rules of social distancing must imperatively be respected:
- Keep a sufficient distance (1.5 meters) and limit your physical contact.
- It is forbidden to bring flowers or meals to patients. The following are accepted: chocolates, sweets and biscuits in individual and closed packages.
- Visits to patients with COVID-19 are always prohibited.
- These rules apply to both private and double rooms.

The exceptions for the following services still apply:

  • Maternity ward :

At the time of delivery, the partner chooses between 2 types of visits:

1. Staying in the room 24 hours a day for the duration of the hospital stay (if it is a private room). Traffic in the corridors of the maternity ward must be kept to a minimum.

2. If the partner prefers not to stay in the room 24 hours a day, he or she may visit once a day without any time limit. In this case, it is not possible to spend the night in the room. The visit can only take place in the room, not in the corridors. Additional visits are not allowed.

  • Pédiatrie :

A parent or guardian can choose between 2 visiting modalities in case of hospitalization:

1. Staying in the room 24 hours a day for the duration of the hospital stay. Movement in the corridors of the paediatric ward should be kept to a minimum.

2. If the parent or guardian prefers not to stay in the room 24 hours a day, he or she may visit the room once a day without any time limit. In this case, it is not possible to spend the night in the room. The visit can only take place in the room, not in the corridors. Additional visits are not allowed.

  • Neonatology, Intensive Care and end-of-life:

Maximum 1 adult/per day/per patient, always with prior medical approval.
