Vaccination of patients at the Europe Hospitals.
The vaccination centers are gradually closing. However, some people are still looking to get vaccinated. Just as with your GP, you can also get vaccinated at the Europe Hospitals starting on the 1st of September if you are a patient at our hospitals.
In fact, on the strength of considerable experience with COVID-19 vaccination among both nursing staff and patients, the Europe Hospitals have responded favorably to a call from the COCOM to continue COVID-19 vaccination for patients who so wish to get the vaccine.
Here are the practical details:
Any patient (from 12 years old*) known to our institutions can reserve a slot by telephone:
- For the St-Elisabeth site (Uccle), call 02-614 20 00 between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. Vaccinations are carried out on Fridays are from 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. in a room located in the entrance hall after the plant wall ("green wall").
- For the St-Michel site (Etterbeek), call 02-614 30 00 between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. Vaccinations are carried out on Thursdays from 2 to 3.30 p.m. at the Internal Medicine consultation, waiting room Fc on the ground floor.
Please allow us to insist on respecting your commitments: the date and time of the vaccination and the follow-up for the second dose.
To date, we have the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine which is administered in two doses (3 to 6 weeks apart) but there may be a change in the type of vaccine we offer in the coming weeks based on the stocks received.
